A new opportunity for me, right now I am working on a project of designing a training programe for the sales team of durabuilt and another project i am working on is to design a full orientation training program for the production floor workers. its fun and on the same side its increasing my knowledge level also.

being a ISO 9001 certified company now the more focus is on the paper work. its kind of run around with all the line managers and supervisors but its funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

its so nice to share with all of you that durabuiltwindows & doors is now ISO:9001 certified. it was agreat experience to prepare all the documents according to ISO standards and more over i became a part of internal auditor's team there. its fun working here.being a part of HR team i had be very careful about the records but it went well.

Hi All

its been 3 months now with durabuilt everyday is a new experience. being a manufacturing unit everyday there is something new. what i have learned so far is that if you know your work you need not to be afraid of anything. here whenever i have a question i can easily go and ask my manager and if i am not satisfied with the answer i can still say that.

one more thing i learned is that try to listen as much as possible because listening helps you understanding.

its wonderful working here. the day when I started I was very scared as this is my first job in Canada but with the support of seniors and co-workers I am enjoying my work. I am working here as a part of HR team taking care of trainings & developments.
